Third Avenue Real Estate Value Team Honored For Second Consecutive Year at Lipper Awards
Every year, the Lipper Fund Awards honors funds and fund management firms that have excelled in consistently strong risk-adjusted performance, relative to their peers in 17 countries across the globe. At the 2015 Lipper Awards Switzerland, the Third Avenue (Dub) Real Estate A1 USD Acc1 was awarded Best Global Real Estate Fund over a 3 year period among the 31 funds in the Equity Sector Real Estate Holdings Global category2.
This is the second year in a row that the Third Avenue Real Estate Value team has been recognized by Lipper. Just last year, at the Lipper 2014 United States Awards, the Third Avenue Real Estate Value Fund (Institutional) was awarded Best Global Real Estate Fund over a 3 year period among the 92 funds in the category2.
